Josh and I will not be here tomorrow, Wednesday August 9th, bc we'll be seeing 1984 on Broadway. We might be able to do things earlier and later while on the bus, but we won't be getting home until real late so D;

Ok so Kobiee and I were talking and we realized that the firebenders were supposed to come at night. The Fire Nation comes in the morning. So we are deciding to have everyone be interrogated and getting a feast ready while it's dusk? Like nightfall is happening. That we get things moving and such.

Yeah I figured it'd be about evening/dinner time when they dragged the firebenders back to camp!

I was going to have Kyori maybe lock them up in a temporary holding cell that she could bend from the earth, because obviously nobody trusts them yet. Maybe when the Fire Nation attacks in the morning, Seijin and Kohaku beg/start yelling to be released and swear they will help fight back. And someone could need their help and have no choice but to believe them and unlock their cells. The entire camp would end up evading the attack in the end, and somehow our group of characters end up together and so agree to stick together! And viola, we have the beginning to our roleplay!

Well I was thinking of having them held at the edge of camp, so that the group knows where they are, but not to alarm to camp that there are firebenders. I don't know what it would matter since it's not like we are playing the whole population of the camp.

I've personally spoken with Cyril about her character, Yotem, and she will be remaining in the roleplay.

Now this being said, it does not mean that rule #9 is void -- Kobi and I still stand by it. If every member in this roleplay decided to disappear with no heads up, or decided not to post for days on end, nobody would get anywhere. People would lose interest and the roleplay would die. Kobi and I didn't create this roleplay just so it could fade away into the abyss, and rule #9 is important for this type of RP simply because this group will be on the move and traveling a lot. It's very fast-paced and dependent on all members to participate.

This is just a friendly reminder to everyone that Kobi and I won't be letting this rule slide. We definitely aren't saying that this RP is more important than real life or your mental health, because it's not. We are just asking that you are willing to actively participate if you're apart of this roleplay -- and if something comes up in real life where you're temporarily not able to uphold that, please just tell us. Giving us a heads up that you'll be gone for a week fixes everything, as we won't wonder where you are, and we can carry out our characters in a way that makes up for your absence instead of needlessly waiting around for an answer.

You'll be kicked for disappearing without notice, because we will see that as an act of not willing to actively participate. You will not be kicked for needing to be gone for a period of time if you let us know.

I apologize for the double post as I didn't want to edit this in, but I wanted to make one more thing clear:

If you don't think you're going to be able to post at all for 4+ days, please clearly say so. If you say "Hey guys, I'm going to be busy these next few days so my posting won't be as often!" we will still assume you'll be posting, even if it is minimal. State it clearly: "Hey guys, I'm going to be busy these next few days so you probably won't hear from me. If I happen to find the time I'll try to pop on, but don't bet on it!" Something along those lines!
